Rinse and dry the spinach leaves and place in a large serving bowl
Slice the red onion thinly and place in a bowl of cold water. This will remove some of the harshness of the onion
Hull the strawberries to remove the green stems, then slice into bite size pieces and add to the bowl with the spinach
Drain the red onions and add to the salad. Drizzle some of the dressing over the salad and toss so everything is lightly coated
Add the crumbled feta and sliced almonds and toss to mix. Serve fresh, with extra dressing on the side
