Place the eggs and milk in a small bowl, and whisk until combined.
Place breadcrumbs in a second small bowl.
Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, and then toss in the breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place each breaded ravioli on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Pour oil into a saucepan or deep fryer and heat to 350 F
Fry the ravioli in small batches until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes depending on their size
Sprinkle with a little salt, parmesan cheese, or chopped parsley and serve with a cup of marinara sauce (optional)
