Easy Italian Fried Ravioli

These Fried Ravioli are AWESOME! They’re coated in Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown, then topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. You’re gonna love them!

Ingredients
  

  • 20 ounces ravioli
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Place the eggs and milk in a small bowl, and whisk until combined.
  2. Place breadcrumbs in a second small bowl.
  3. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, and then toss in the breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place each breaded ravioli on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour oil into a saucepan or deep fryer and heat to 350 F
  5. Fry the ravioli in small batches until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes depending on their size
  6. Sprinkle with a little salt, parmesan cheese, or chopped parsley and serve with a cup of marinara sauce (optional)

Notes

  • You can bread the ravioli ahead of time and store in the fridge until you’re ready to fry them
  • If using frozen ravioli, defrost them first and pat dry with a paper towel
