Creamy Ham and Pasta (Ready in 30 Minutes!)

This Creamy Ham and Pasta dish is super-easy to make and your entire family will love it. Diced ham and pasta coated in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce. This is a perfect weeknight meal that’s ready in just about the time it takes to boil a box of pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pasta shells or your favorite shape
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 cups ham cubed
  • 2 cups hevy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the pasta add cook until it is just a bit shy of al dente. The pasta will finish cooking in the sauce
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant, about 1 minute
  3. Add the ham and mix well to combine. Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan and stir to combine
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet with the cream sauce. Stir to combine and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste, then let sit for 5 minutes so the sauce can thicken slightly before serving
