- Preheat bacon to medium low, around 275 F to 300 F
- Add the bacon and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until done to your preference
Notes
- The key to cooking bacon is low heat. High heat will cook it faster but you're likely to end up with burnt and ruined bacon
- Keep an eye on your bacon as it cooks and pull it off the Blackstone as soon as it reaches your desired level of crispiness
