Our local farmer's market has had some outrageously delicious peaches this summer. I don't know why, but they've been consistently ripe and juicy compared to past seasons. Needless to say we've been enjoying a steady diet of peaches for the last couple of months.
Now I enjoy eating fresh peaches and I especially enjoy grilling peaches with some vanilla ice cream. But I really wanted to think outside the box and try some different options. So I reached out to my fellow food bloggers for their favorite recipes using fresh peaches.
I thought I'd get a few good recipes to try, but WOW did they come through big time! We're talking about salsas, salads, drinks, desserts, and even a doggie treat that I can't wait to make for my buddy Norman!
